Regional Sales Manager
Regional Sales Managers are responsible for developing a successful team of outside sales representatives. The company will assist with recruiting and training while RSM’s will be solely responsible for field training their sales force. Personal production may also be required at this level of management. A proven track record of sales success as well as a desire to advance into management are necessary.
