Sales Positions
LFR  

LICENSED FIELD REPRESENTATIVE
Licensed Field Representatives are responsible for product knowledge and personal production. 

PFR  

PROFESSIONAL FIELD REPRESENTATIVE
Professional Field Representatives are responsible for product knowledge and personal production.  PFR's are independent representatives who supply their own leads and appointments.  They must have at least 2 years prior insurance sales experience.

Management Positions
FRC  

FIELD REPRESENTATIVE COACH
Coaches are Field Representatives that have a desire to move into a management position.  FRC's are responsible for assisting in the training of new LFR's in the field.  They must have an understanding of all of the products ALMi has to offer as well as our sales process and procedures. 

FSM  

FIELD SALES MANAGER
Field Sales Managers are responsible for the recruiting and field training of LFR's and FRC's while maintaining personal production.  The ultimate goal of a Field Sales Manager is to grow his/her unit to 15 producing LFR’s and FRC’s.

DSM  

DIVISION SALES MANAGER
Division Sales Managers are responsible for increasing the production of at least 1 Divisional Sales Office (DSO) and will have at least 5 years experience in the insurance industry.  Division Sales Managers will need to have at least 2 years of proven unit production as a sales manager with at least 15 representatives to be considered. 

RVP  

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT
Vice Presidents of Sales are responsible for all DSM/DSO’s within his/her region, Northeast, Southeast, Northwest, and Southwest.  RVP’s are required to have spent at least 2 years as a Branch or Division Sales Manager with 30 or more producing representatives.  RVP’s will oversee the opening of at least one new DSO annually and will be responsible for at least 10% annual production increases in his/her region.
